Transportation

Getting to and from medical appointments is vitally important if you have ongoing health complaints or are infirm. At First Choice Care Solutions, we can arrange for you to get all the help you need getting to and from your critical appointments with our own wheelchair accessible bus. You will be assigned a chaperone who will not only take you to your appointments but accompany you to them or sit in the waiting room when you have finished to take you back home. 

We can also provide transportation and assistance getting to and from shops.
